Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you need to call/email the Customer Service of T.S.Emporium within 3 days of the receive date and return it to T.S.Emporium within 10 days of obtaining the Return Merchandise Authorization.
We do not accept items that have been opened or used unless the product arrived damaged, was defective, or you received the wrong product. Also, we do not accept items without obtaining the Return Merchandise Authorization.
We accept item returns that are unused and unopened within 10 days of obtaining the Return Merchandise Authorization. Once you receive your items, you have 3 days to call or email T S Emporium Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization.
There are no returns on food items, Traditional Chinese medicinal materials, Chinese packed medicine, Herbal Prescription Quote and Traditional Chinese Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, item label (not shipping label), invoice, gift and all accessories.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for Non-T.S.Emporium Brand Merchandise, you may return or replace the Merchandise within 7 days of the receive date. Please contact customer service to make sure that items are in their original condition, the invoices, labels, original packaging and gifts still on. If the items are not in the original condition or have obvious signs of use, we will charge a 15% restocking fee. For Home Appliance products, once used, will not be returned/replaced, we will still follow the warranty system, if the Manufacturer confirms that the merchandise cannot be repaired, the Manufacturer is responsible for the replacement.

If item arrived damaged, was defective, or you received the wrong item, take a photo of the items you are returning. Provide your name, order number, order date, and a reason for the return.
You can mail the return items to T.S.Emporium when you obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization from T.S.Emporium customer service.

Refunds & Credits
Pending item review and eligibility, T S Emporium will begin processing a refund and / or credit.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
Once we have received and inspected the item(s), we will provide you with a refund and / or credit to you. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
