    别称:多骨，壳蔻，白蔻，百叩，叩仁。白豆蔻为姜科植物白豆蔻的干燥成熟果实。果实呈类球形，表面黄白色至淡黄棕色。果皮体轻，质脆，易纵向裂开。气芳香，味辛凉略似樟脑。以个人饱满，果皮薄而完整、气味浓厚者为佳。
