Four Seasons Tonic Soup (四季进补汤)
Ingredients:
Huai Shan (Radix Dioscorea), Yuan Rou (Dried Logan Meat), Gou Qi Zi (Goji Berry), American Ginseng, Dang Shen (Pilose Asiabell), Huang Qi (Radix Astragali)
Suggested Preparation:
Soak the soup ingredients in water for 15–30 minutes. Add chicken, lean pork, or other preferred meats and simmer for 1.5–3 hours. Season with salt to taste before serving.
Serving Size:
Approximately 4 servings per packet.

Do not use together with Veratrum-containing herbal products. Use with caution for children.
