TAK SHING HONG Five Flowers Herbal Tea (五花茶)
Ingredients:
Jin Yin Hua (Honeysuckle), Huai Hua (Flos Sophorae), Ju Hua (Chrysanthemum), Ji Dan Hua (Flos Plumeriae Acutifoliae), Mu Mian Hua (Flos Bombacis Malabaricae)
Suggested Preparation:
Add all ingredients to approximately 4 bowls of water. Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Rock sugar may be added according to personal preference.

Not recommended for young children or individuals with blood deficiency according to traditional herbal principles. Pregnant women should use with caution.
