简介：

千日红是天生的干燥花，同时也是风味绝佳的花草茶。颜色鲜艳的千日红在热茶水中要经过长时间的浸泡，色泽才会逐渐变浅，

花苞的葡萄紫会渗入茶中，使茶水变成赏心悦目的嫩紫色。


泡法：

千日红的泡法及喝法：一取3-4朵，开水冲泡三分钟即可。




 




















功效作用：

清肝，散结，止咳定喘。治头风，目痛，气喘咳嗽，痢疾，百日咳，小儿惊风，瘰窃，疮疡。用于慢性或喘息性支气管炎、百日咳。

①《福建民间草药》：祛风，镇肝，退热，明目。

②《南宁市药物志》：清肝明目，散结消瘿。治瘰疬初起，肝热目痛，血压高头痛。

③《广西中药志》：花序：凉血消肿，止痉咳。治百日咳;外治疮疡肿痛。民间治月经不调。全株煲水外洗，治跌打疮疖。 

     了解千日红的功效与作用，首先千日红茶采收加工 夏、秋二季花开时采收花序，晒干。




























 

注意

1. 千日红花茶虽然有清肝定喘之功效，但它里面的千日红素会让没有哮喘的人喝完后，多少会有点儿神精麻木;不适宜搭配其它花茶。

2. 孕妇禁用。
