Indian Mulberry & Eucommia Decoction for Kidney
Ingredients:
Mi Zao (Sweet Dates), Tu Zong (Eucommia Ulmoides), Niu Xi (Radix Achyranthes), Yuan Rou (Dried Longan Meat), Ba Ji (Radix Morinda Officinalis)
Suggested Preparation:
Rinse the ingredients and soak for approximately 15 minutes. Add the herbs, lean pork or pork ribs, and about 2000ml of water to a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for approximately 3 hours. Season with salt before serving.
Serving Size:
Approximately 4 servings per packet.
