    味甘，辛，苦，性温；归肝，心，脾经。

  • 功效特点：

    有补血调经，活血止痛，润肠通便的功效。适用于血虚诸证，月经不调，经闭，痛经，虚寒腹痛，心悸失眠，眩晕，产后瘀滞腹痛，风湿痹痛，肠燥便难，痈疽疮疡，跌扑损伤等。

  • 古籍记载：

    《本草纲目》：治头痛，心腹诸痛，润肠胃筋骨皮肤。治痈疽，排脓止痛，和血补血。

  • 常规用量：

    内服：煎汤，6-12克。

  • 使用注意：

    热盛出血患者禁服；月经过多、阴虚内热不宜服用；湿盛中满及大便溏泄者、孕妇慎服。
