Ingredients:
She She Cao (Oldenlandia), Ban Zhi Lian (Barbed Skullcap Herb), Xia Ku Cao (Spica Prunellae), Mi Zao (Sweet Dates)
Suggested Preparation:
Rinse all ingredients before use. Add to approximately 8 bowls of water and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Rock sugar may be added according to personal preference.
Important Notes:
Not recommended for individuals with blood deficiency according to traditional herbal principles. Pregnant women should use with caution. Not suitable for young children.
