TAK SHING HONG Assorted Herbs
Yue Kang Yi Hao (粤抗一号)
Yue Kang Yi Hao is a traditional herbal soup packet crafted with a blend of carefully selected botanical ingredients. This convenient herbal formula is prepared using traditional methods and is commonly incorporated into daily wellness routines.
Ingredients:
Hairy Fig (Wu Zhi Mao Tao), Dried Pearl Barley (Yi Ren), Tuckahoe (Fu Ling), Chinese Knotweed, Atractylodes (Chang Zhu), Huo Xiang, Gan Cao (Licorice)
Suggested Preparation:
Add approximately 750ml (3 bowls) of water to a pot and bring to a boil. Rinse the herbs and add them to the boiling water. Simmer over medium-low heat for about 30 minutes until reduced to approximately 250ml. Divide into two servings and consume after meals.

1 packet per serving.
