Bai Hua She She Cao (白花蛇舌草)

Oldenlandia (Bai Hua She She Cao 白花蛇舌草) is an annual spreading herb that typically grows 15–50 cm tall. The plant features slender roots, multiple branches, small white flowers, and stems that are slightly square or flattened cylindrical in shape. 

Nature & Flavor: Sweet, mild, slightly bitter, and mildly cooling.
Traditionally used in herbal preparations to support heat balance, promote moisture regulation, and maintain overall herbal wellness.

Suggested Preparation:
Traditionally prepared in herbal decoctions using approximately 15–30g. Larger amounts of up to 60g may be used according to traditional practices.
For external use, the fresh herb may be crushed and applied topically.
