TAK SHING HONG Plantago Asiatica
(Che Qian Cao 车前草)

Plantago Asiatica (Che Qian Cao 车前草) features clustered fibrous roots and long-stemmed basal leaves. The leaves are naturally curled and wrinkled, appearing oval to broad oval-shaped when unfolded, with a grayish-green to dark green surface.

 

Nature & Flavor: Sweet, mild, and slightly cooling.
Traditionally used in herbal preparations to support moisture balance, maintain overall wellness, and promote herbal harmony.

 

Suggested Preparation: 
Traditionally prepared in herbal decoctions using approximately 10–15g.
For external use, the herb may be prepared as a wash or crushed and applied topically.
