Herba Lysimachiae (Jinqian Cao 金钱草)

Herba Lysimachiae (Jinqian Cao 金钱草) is a traditional herbal ingredient with naturally curled stems and leaves. The herb features a reddish-brown surface with fine vertical lines and a solid grayish-white interior. Leaves range from dark green to brownish-green with a lighter underside.

It has a mild herbal aroma and a delicate taste. Products with larger leaves and richer green color are considered premium quality.
